Week 9: Top 10 Favorite Things To Do At Work (Subway)


(These are in no specific order)
  1. Making comments to my co-workers while taking an order from drive through
  2. MAKING SANDWICHES!!!!! I am a perfectionist when I make my sandwiches
  3. BAKING COOKIES!!!!! I make them really soft, and they make the store smell nice.
  4. Messing with my co-workers. Sometimes, the pressure is off in the store. So when the drive thru window is closed, one of the lobby doors opens. I will open and close the drive thru window to make the door open and close, and the bell dings over and over. I also make funny comments and pick on my co-workers. We are just fun that way.
  5. Sweeping the floors. It is nasty to be walking on filth.
  6. Prepping green peppers. I don't know why, but green peppers are my favorite things to prep.
  7. Doing dishes. I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE DISHES.
  8. Cleaning the bathrooms. I'm sorry, but i dont want to walk on a sticky, dirty floor and sit on a nasty toilet seat. and im sure the customers dont either. so I clean the bathrooms since it is so dreaded...
  9. Eating my sandwich. I am normally starving when I get to work, so i look forward to eating my sandwich that I GET TO MAKE!!! My favorite is the breakfast sandwich. This is how it is made: 6" whole wheat flat bread, yellow egg, steak, bacon, cheddar+mozzarella cheese, oregano, and chipolte southwest sauce on the top half. Then lots of green pepper, lots of banana peppers, onions and olives on the bottom half. THEN TOAST. Then after it is toasted, I put a little Parmesan cheese and ranch on the top half, and pack it full of spinach leaves. It is a VERY MESSY sandwich, but it is really delicious!
  10. Making the customer happy. I hate it when customers are upset. and, you are most likely to get tips out of happy customers, and they will come again and give you more tips.

Week 5: Disappointment in the Future

I think that in the future that I will live in won't have that many break-throughs. It will take much more than 60-80 years to achieve great things. We may discover a couple of things about space, the human body, and so forth, but there will be no BIG discoveries. I just don't see it... I see a stop in progression. Maybe more storms than normal. Then people will say it is the end of the world and blah blah blah blah blah. That is what I think, and don't judge. I wish I had an optimistic view on the future, but at this point in my life, I can't think of things in a positive way. We are all doomed.

Week 21: Clark and Lois!!!!

As you all know, I love Smallville!!! Later on in around the 7th season, Clark falls in love with Lois, a tornado of emotion and ambition. They work together at the Daily Planet and deal with each other even though they are both hard to handle.  Lois can hold her own, but Clark completes her. Clark needs someone to love, and Lois is there to hold his heart while he for fills his destiny. They do the cutest things together. No matter how mad they get at each other, they make up and all is well. They make each other stronger. I think it's beautiful that in all of the chaos happening around them, they still find a way to make time for their love. and even though Clark has a world to save, Lois dedicates her life and heart to him. That means the world to Clark. They are just so perfect!! 😍

Week 20: My Family

It seems that everyone in the household finds something to whine about. We have a 2 year old that cries about everything, a 12 year old that thinks everything has to be fair, a 30 and some odd year old that gets jealous and petty and is pissed off all of the time, a 40 and some odd year old that likes to pick at me for every little thing I do, and there's me: complaining because I have to deal with all of this. I honestly can't wait to turn 18 and start college. There are so many opportunities to thrive, and I can't wait to take them head on. ( and be away from all of the negativity and whining) My step mom is a baker, and she got me into sweets. Everyone in the household except my dad is addicted to sugar. It is the main reason why we are fat. We love to watch movies together, especially after we stuff ourselves full of carbs, fat, and sugar. Our family loves cats.
